- Travel details: intended travel dates, group size, package preference, age of pilgrims, dietary needs, medical conditions you choose to share
- Identity & Government Mandates: for Char Dham yatra registration (Uttarakhand Tourism / UCADA), ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport), and pilgrim weights for helicopter manifest as required by DGCA-licensed operators
- Payment information: we do not store full card or bank details on our servers. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways
- Communications: messages you send us via web form, email, WhatsApp or phone
